According to reports, the project is intended to rely on its own technical strength, equipment and production base, through the research of some key technologies, independent research and development to produce high-quality 46mm diameter PCD (polycrystalline diamond) composite sheet. The implementation of the project is of great significance for changing the current situation of China's superhard material production and low product quality.
The members of the expert group believe that the major scientific and technological project declared by the Yellow River Group is in line with the national and provincial deployment of new materials for development. The overall objectives of the project are clear, the technical route is feasible, the technical indicators are advanced, the products are widely used, the market potential is huge, and the social benefits are significant. The technical strength of the Yellow River Group can also ensure the smooth implementation of the project. The expert group recommended that the project declared by the Yellow River Group be included in the major science and technology projects of Henan Province and given policy and financial support.
Although there are many types of tapping screws, they all have the following similarities:

(5) Production by cold heading process. It is recommended to use high-speed cold heading machine and high-speed wire rolling machine or high-speed planetary wire rolling machine. High speed is emphasized here to ensure product quality. Only the head of tapping screw produced by high-speed machine is well formed and the thread quality is high.
