The design of the displacement sensor maintenance diagnostic device is to install a modified digital micrometer and an auxiliary bracket, a pad and a clamp for fixing different types of displacement sensors on a small platform base with a T-shaped groove. The modified digital micrometer can be fixed on the threaded hole of the end surface of the base as needed, or it can be fixed in the T-shaped groove of the base. The auxiliary frame, the pad and the clamp are mounted on the small platform base by screws and nuts. The mounting position can be adjusted in the groove according to the measuring head or the size of the sensor.

The basic structure of the displacement sensor maintenance diagnostic device is shown in Fig. 1. Four feet 12 are mounted on the small platform base 11, and a set of modified numbers is fixed at the end of the small platform base 11 by two hexagonal head screws 10. The micrometer 9 is fixed at the anvil of the modified digital micrometer 9 by two hexagonal head screws 13 to fix a set of pen-shaped sensor mounting brackets 7, and the small platform base 11 is also provided with a measuring head or a square sensor fixing frame 3 4 sets of screws + nuts 2, elastic pressure plate 6, pressure plate guide rod + nut 5, back plate 1, locking screw 4 and pen-shaped sensor locking screw 8 constitute a complete set of devices.
