The cylinder oil is injected by the spray method, and the cylinder oil is evenly distributed on the upper part of the cylinder wall and the piston ring by the vortex action of the scavenging gas. Between, the ideal lubrication condition of the cylinder wall is ensured, the wear of the cylinder liner is reduced, and the cylinder oil consumption is significantly reduced. According to the actual ship data statistics, the large-scale diesel engine saves more than 35% of the cylinder oil, and the annual savings cost is 100,000 to 200,000 US dollars.
The actual ship test also shows that the use of diesel engine cylinder oil is more scientific and reasonable after adopting new technology. Various failures and unsafe factors caused by excessive injection of cylinder oil can be avoided, and the reliability of diesel engine operation is obviously improved. . It is reported that a test ship has not used a power-saving device for more than one year, which solves the problem that the ship's automatic deceleration affects the schedule due to the cylinder oil cut-off, and effectively improves the ship's quasi-class rate. At the same time, the daily maintenance workload is also reduced, reducing the maintenance cost and the crew's work intensity, and the resulting indirect benefits are considerable.
In addition, after adopting the new technology, the amount of oil in the oil tank of the cylinder scraped off is obviously reduced. According to the actual measurement, the oil consumption is reduced by about 20%, which reduces the workload and cost of oil treatment; and the reduction of the oil injection rate of the cylinder can significantly reduce the exhaust gas of the diesel engine.
