Advanced ceramic bond grinding wheels and electroplated cubic boron nitride (CBN) wheels have the same high productivity. Ceramic grinding wheels have a high cutting speed (eg 60m / s), so it is suitable for large-scale production of gears. This type of grinding wheel has a longer service life than other grinding wheels (such as alumina grinding wheels). The new grinding wheel technology is used more in the worm grinding wheel of the 200mm and below gears with the largest output.

7 Reduced grinding costs

Nowadays, the cost of grinding teeth has dropped drastically. There are many reasons, such as cost-effective models based on modular design, CNC systems, process production, etc. Even the gear grinding machines that combine all the above advanced technologies are cheaper than the previous models.
