The quality Daxin board has the following characteristics:
1. Standard plate thickness 1.75cm-1.80cm, side mark organic printed trademark and production date.
2. The core consists of dried wood, willow, and poplar.
3. The surface is smooth and polished without any pits.
4. Saw along the diagonal 30cm × 30cm, the gap is 0.5-1.0mm, the wood is the same; smell with the nose, no odor (formaldehyde).
5. Pick up the corner of the big core board by hand, shake it up and down, and hear it. There is no sound in the board.
6. Pick up the big core board and gently tap it with a wooden stick or a hammer.
Due to the problems in technical level, process standards, and material selection, poor quality large core boards can generally be identified by the following methods.
1. Seeing: There are concave and convex pits on the board surface.
2. Nose smell: When sawing a large core board, there is a clear smell of formaldehyde.
3. Ear-listening: Pick up the corner of the big core board by hand and shake it up and down. There is an empty drum sound inside the board; knocking with a wooden stick or a hammer, the sound of the big-core board surface is inconsistent.
