The Science and Technology Department of Heilongjiang Province held a special research meeting on the strategic planning of graphite new materials science and technology development at Heilongjiang Institute of Science and Technology, and implemented and promoted the research and preparation of the “12th Five-Year Plan” for the development of new materials and technologies for graphite.
