How to use the top dust collector:
1. The inlet pressure is not allowed to exceed 0.1-0.15 (MPa) every time the cement silo is loaded. Otherwise, the filter will be bent if the pressure is too high. The cement tank must be installed with a level gauge to prevent the filter from bending when the dust is full. . After the cement silo is loaded, the vibration motor is started to remove dust. The motor vibrates for 5-6 minutes to turn off, and the time allows the best vibration to dust off for 30 minutes.
2. Every two to three months, remove the filter element, use the dry pressure air to blow back the filter element, clean it, and improve the filter capacity of the filter element.
3. Generally, the vibration adjustment of the spring is done before the precipitator leaves the factory, and the tightening force must be ensured every time the disassembly and assembly is performed.
