(2) The original ball bearings in the reversing gear basically can not bear the axial force, but the actual situation is that the roller needs to be changed frequently so that the ball bearings in the reversing gear are often subjected to the axial impact load. Based on the above two points, the ball bearings in the reversing gear are difficult to get good lubrication due to the rotation of the input shaft rotating at a high speed. Over time, the bearings are burnt to death in the reversing gear due to the heat, Ball bearings to the force often bear the impact of axial load, thus accelerating the bearing damage. The situation also confirmed that when opening the transmission cover, start the diesel engine and the commutation operation, it is clear that only a small amount of oil splashed on the input shaft, and can hear a significant impact sound. Through the above analysis and actual confirmation, has found the key to the problem. (2) An independent lubrication system has been added.
