[Integrated] 3M acquires Johnson Controls Scott Safety

Recently, 3M announced the acquisition of Scott Safety from Johnson Controls, with a total industry value of $2 billion. Scott Safety is a leading manufacturer of innovative products, including self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) systems, gas and flame detection instruments and other safety equipment that complements 3M's personal safety product portfolio.
