Intensified flooring quality inspection results partial batch products failed

Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision conducted special supervision and spot checks on the quality of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring products. A total of 44 batches of products were spot checked. After inspection, 10 batches failed.

The supervision and spot checks are based on GB/T18102-2007 "impregnated paper laminated wood flooring", GB18580-2001 "interior decoration materials and artificial wood board and its products in the formaldehyde release limit" and other national standards and related standards, the following items of the product Tested: static bending strength, internal bond strength, water thickness expansion rate, surface bond strength, surface abrasion resistance, surface burn resistance, surface contamination corrosion resistance, surface crack resistance, formaldehyde emission, formaldehyde emission level Logo, logo or packaging logo.

Spot checks found that nine batches of product identification (formaldehyde emission level identification, signs or packaging identification) failed. Impregnated paper laminated wood flooring is a product that implements a licensing system. The license's implementation details clearly define the product's production license number and the “QS” mark. The standard clearly stipulates that the product should be marked with a formaldehyde emission level mark and Product name, surface wood name, factory name, site, production date, etc.

In addition, there are 1 batches of product surface wear-resistant items failed. Surface wear resistance is an important index of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring, reflecting the product's surface resistance to friction, scratching ability. When this index is unqualified, it will affect the service life and decorative effect of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring.
