Northwest Oilfield: “O2O” boosts safety management upgrade

Recently, Sinopec Northwest Oilfield Completion Test Management Center developed and applied the “Safety Daily Report Management System” to integrate the problem detection, diagnosis, exposure and rectification into one, and promote the safety management work to advance into informationization and achieve safety management upgrade.

“Safety Daily Management System” is an information security management application system developed by the center, covering security risks reporting, reporting problem query, unreformed problem feedback, and positive incentive points. It uses “Offline To Online” design and management. The hidden troubles of the personnel found on the construction site can be immediately entered through the mobile phone client or webpage. The first time is accurately exposed to the network cloud, and the “Safe Production Management Daily” is automatically generated every day. The mobile phone and website homepage can be queried in real time. It realizes the timely sharing of safety production information and tracks the rectification of hidden danger problems. For those that fail to be rectified in time, automatic warning, prompt review, and ensure closed-loop management. After review and rectification, the system automatically accumulates positive incentive points for the inspector.

Up to now, the system has exposed 521 hidden danger problems, and implemented a rectification rate of 100%, accumulating a total of 26,930 points for 58 employees. The system has become a new "tool" for on-site safety management, enabling the search for hidden dangers, the reporting of information, the transparency of exposure, and the intelligent analysis of statistics, making the safety management work a new look.
