A new wall surface
1. The new wall surface needs sufficient maintenance period, and it usually takes 1 month for maintenance. For example, the maintenance period of low-temperature or humid areas in winter needs to be extended to ensure that the humidity of the wall is less than 10%. A dedicated instrument (liquid crystal display dual probe wall moisture meter) can be used for wall humidity detection.

3, check the substrate for empty drums, cracks.
Hollow walls will seriously affect the adhesion of the coating, usually by visual inspection, tapping, hard scribes, hand wipes and other methods. If empty drums are found, they must be completely eradicated, and then repaired and filled with matching putty for repairing, or cement mortar with the same proportion as wall mortar should be used for repairing and filling according to the same construction method of the wall to ensure that the coating is uniformly absorbed and free of marks.
Wall cracks seriously affect the decorative aesthetic properties of the coating (especially thin flat coated exterior wall paint). It was found that the application of cracks was filled with fillers to fill and repair, and the larger hollow cracks could be repaired with mortar before troweling.
4, wall floating sand, lime sand treatment.
Before the paint is applied, use a spatula or a spatula to scrape it off or remove it with a wire brush, or use a bristly bamboo broom to remove the floating sand.
5, wall trachoma, pits.
Walls with trachoma, pits such as scaffold holes, air-conditioning holes, window covers, and pipeline installations are left without defects and need to be treated with the same materials and construction methods as the wall base. This is often not noticed during construction. However, paints (especially high-gloss paints) are found on the wall behind the flowers are not coordinated, seriously affecting the decorative effect.
6, base plaster plaster marks.
The uneven lap marks of the substrate will affect the aesthetic appearance of the decoration. Before construction, it must be smoothed with a sander.
7, wall nail head.
Before application of the coating, nails should be cut and knocked off the wall, and then the anti-rust paint should be used to treat the nail head.
