Article 75   The operation string for the name and operation of each part of the chain saw is shown in Figure 19 and Figure 20 .

( Importance enforcement precautions )

Article 76 In addition to the provisions of Article 4 , the following items must be observed when operating the motor chain saw.

First, when carrying out the cutting operation, it must be ensured that it is safe and firmly hold the chain saw.

Second, when working, it is forbidden that the miscellaneous personnel are near the work area.

Third, care equipment, to prevent the equipment falling, shall not hit the chain handle and saw blade.

Fourth, the chain saw should be perpendicular to the material to be cut during the cutting operation. Do not use excessive force or twist the saw blade.

( Transportation chain saw )

Article 77 Use the following password and essentials when transporting the chain saw to the working position.

First, the commander issued the " Portal ́ ́ ́" password.

2. After the operator hears the password of the commander " Carry ́ ́ ́" , the operator transports the equipment box to the designated location.

( Check the chain saw and prepare to cut )

Article 78    When checking the chainsaw and preparing for cutting, follow the following passwords and instructions.

First, the commander issued the "checking equipment" password, according to the operator "checked" signal, issued "ready to cut" password.

2. After the operator hears the commander's “check” password, the operator removes the chain saw and goggles from the equipment box. After checking the fuel tank, it sends a “fuel OK” signal, and then checks the appearance of the chain saw. After sending out the "Checked" signal and hearing the commander's "Ready to cut" password, wear goggles, open the air damper, adjust the throttle, hold the start pin, and send out the "starter motor" signal, pull the starter pin and start it. The motor, after adjusting the motor, sends out a signal that “the motor has been started”, proceeds to the cutting position, prepares for cutting, and sends a “ready to complete” signal.

Issue the "Check Equipment" password.

According to the operator's "checked" signal, a "cutting preparation" password is issued.

After hearing the commander's “check” password, remove the chain saw and goggles from the equipment box and check it. After checking the fuel tank, send a “fuel OK” signal, pick up the motorized chain saw and visually check its appearance. Send a "Checked" signal.

After hearing the commander's "prepare for cutting" password, put on goggles, open the throttle, adjust the throttle, hold the start pin, send out the "starter motor" signal, pull the starter pin, start the motor, adjust the motor, and issue a "motor" After the signal is complete, go to the cutting position, prepare for cutting, and send out a "ready to complete" signal.

Note

When checking the equipment, check whether the saw blade is loose or not. During routine maintenance, check the fuel and various accessories bolts.

Refer to Article 76 (b) for the precautions when the engine is running .

Engine start:

( 1 ) Open the damper.

( 2 ) Hold the throttle latch, adjust the throttle, and fix it with the latch.

( 3 ) Press the front fixed handle with your left hand and pull the starter lever to the right.

( 4 ) After startup, slowly return the starter plug according to the motor speed.

( 5 ) Operate in order.

Article 79    Use the following passwords and instructions when cutting with a power chain saw.

First, the commander issued the "start cutting" password, confirm the job status, issued a "stop" password.

Second, after the operator hears the commander's “start cutting” password, increase the motor speed, perform the cutting operation according to the commander's instructions, and stop the cutting operation after hearing the commander's “stop” password, and press the stop button with the right hand to make the motor Stop running.

After hearing the command “stop” by the commander, stop the operation and press the stop button with your right hand to stop the motor.

Note

The blade should be perpendicular to the cutting surface.

To prevent the starter plug from being pulled in, gently pull the trigger plug and press the stop button.

Article 80    When you tidy up the motor chain saw, follow the following passwords and instructions.

First, the commander issued a "success" password.

Second, after the operator hears the commander's password, he takes off the goggles, puts the goggles and the chain saw into the equipment box, and transports the equipment box to its original position and returns to the operating line.
