The modified furnace has been in operation for more than three years, which proves that this reduces the frequency of furnace maintenance, completely solves the problem of the lower side of the supporting brick and the furnace wire caused by the loading of the workpiece, and improves the integrity and process performance of the furnace.

5 use effect summary

(1) After years of use and testing, the total power of the modified box furnace is 81KW.

(2) The temperature rise is fast and the heat preservation performance is good. When the oven reaches 950 °C for one hour, the temperature of the shell on both sides of the furnace is 47 °C, which is lower than the 50 °C specified in China.
