Linear guides are attributed to high quality, easy to use, and safe to depict. To ensure safer use; please pay attention to the following matters.
(1) smooth
A. If the product has been coated with anti-rust oil on delivery, please wipe the anti-rust oil clean before use; then apply the smooth oil before applying.
B. When the oil is smooth; according to the condition of the slider; sometimes the oil can not reach the track. If this happens, please negotiate with NSK.
(2) assembling
A. The slider of the interchangeable product (that is, the product that the rail and the slider can match) is supplied in the manner of being mounted on the temporary shaft. For this reason; when combined with the guide rail; please pay attention.
B. If the private line disassembles each part; it will incur the entry of dust or reduce the precision of the combination of each part; for this reason; if it is not a last resort; please do not open it easily.
C. Sometimes it is only necessary to tilt the rail; the slider will move; so at this time, care should be taken not to drop the slider from the rail.
D. The standard end cap is made of plastic. If it is struck or bumped, it will be damaged;
(3) Matters needing attention in application
A, when using; please try to prevent the entry of dust or foreign matter.
B. Please set the operating temperature limit below 80 degrees (except for the heat-resistant standard products). Beyond this temperature; plastic end caps can be damaged.
C. When the customer cuts off the guide rails personally; after cutting off, please completely remove the burrs and curled edges of the cut surface.
D. When the slider is in the reverse hanging condition (for example, when it is fixed on the ceiling and the slider is facing downward); if one end of the cover is damaged; the ball will roll out; causing the slider to fall from the guide rail. Regarding this use; Please adopt appropriate measures such as additional safety equipment beforehand.
(4) If the storage is in poor condition, the guide rail will be deformed. When it is stored, it should be placed on the appropriate plane;
