IBM Watson is one of the most famous artificial intelligence systems in the world, and this system is currently being applied to a driverless bus and related tests are performed on the streets of Washington.

According to reports, this unlicensed bus, named Olli, was manufactured by the United States' Local Motors using 3D printing technology. It can ride up to 12 passengers and has a single cruising range of 30 miles and a top speed of 12 mph. .

The technology used by the Olli driverless bus is somewhat similar to Google's driverless technology. It scans the surrounding environment through sensors and also provides remote monitoring to avoid bus accidents.

With the addition of the IBM Watson system, passengers can tell Olli's own destination through voice commands. In addition, passengers can also ask it for local restaurants or historical monuments, or ask how long it will take to reach their destination.

The drone bus will be tested later this year in Miami and Las Vegas. Local Motors also plans to turn it into a driverless taxi that shuttles between airports and college campuses.
