(3) HT-1 high-temperature radiation coating consists of strong radiation materials. It has strong penetration ability to radiate far-infrared waves at high temperature. It can penetrate heated objects, so that the inner and outer layers of heated objects are heated at the same time, and the temperature rises quickly. At the same time, the far-infrared wave can also penetrate the fuel itself, so that the inner layer of fuel absorbs far-infrared waves to generate energy level transitions, release energy, accelerate fuel combustion, completely burn the fuel, improve combustion quality, and reduce the loss of effective energy of the furnace. To achieve energy saving purposes.

The heating furnace of coking workshop No. F002 was found to have different degrees of detachment of ceramic fibers lining the furnace lining during each major overhaul, resulting in high temperature flue gas overflowing along the gap and local overheating of the outer wall of the furnace, which seriously affected the safe operation of the equipment. In 2001, HT-1 coating was sprayed on the inner wall of the furnace. See Table 5 for construction data. In order to test its energy-saving effect, the process operation parameters (see Table 6) when the same raw material (Liaohe Residue) was processed before and after spraying were tested and compared.

It can be seen from Table 6 that after spraying HT-1 coating, the average temperature of the furnace is lowered by 20 ° C under the same treatment amount and heating medium, thereby reducing fuel consumption and achieving energy saving. In addition, the energy consumption effect can be seen from the average unit consumption before and after spraying, as shown in Table 7. According to Table 7, the average monthly unit consumption decreased from 29.87kg (standard oil)/t to 28.84 tons (standard oil)/t, which decreased by 1.03kg (standard oil)/t, with a decrease of 3.4%. If the processing capacity of the device is 800,000 t/a (since two furnaces are operated in parallel, the processing capacity of a single furnace is 400,000 t/a), and the fuel price is calculated at 400 yuan/t. This furnace can save every year. 16.48 million yuan, minus the investment of 55.44 million yuan, can produce economic benefits of 109.36 million yuan a year, quite considerable.

The construction process of HT-1 high temperature radiation resistant coating is relatively simple and convenient, and can be sprayed by hand or mechanically.

Third, the conclusion

Production practice proves that the application of refractory fiber spraying technology and HT-1 high temperature radiation coating technology is mature and reliable, simple in operation, low in investment, quick in effect and good in energy saving effect. It is suitable for tapping potential and efficiency of old equipment heating furnace, more suitable The heating furnace applied to the newly built device is an effective way to improve the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace.
