3. Whether the electromagnetic gap is too large, the normal gap corresponds to the distance between the electromagnet of the small vibration plate and the armature in the range of 0.5MM to 1.2MM. The non-parallelism between the core and the armature working face is not more than 0.02MM.

two. The electromagnet coil has a high temperature or burns the coil with 2 points:

1. The distance between the electromagnetic and the armature is too large, and the coil is easy to burn.

2. Electromagnets adapted to full-wave vibrations may experience high temperatures if used in half-wave power supplies
