Faced with the unfavorable situation of the worsening of atmospheric diffusion conditions in autumn and winter, the current atmospheric control work still has weak links, some key work progresses behind, the prevention and control measures in autumn and winter are not targeted, and the effect of heavy pollution weather is not obvious. 20. Strengthen the prevention and control of construction machinery pollution. 29. Bulk materials are transported in the wrong peak.
