Our factory often encounters cutting grooves in small holes during processing. Due to the small aperture, the shank is slender, the cutting conditions are poor, and the size is difficult to measure. Especially when the groove depth exceeds half of the hole diameter, it cannot be processed by a general tool. To solve this problem, we designed and manufactured a special tool eccentric grooving knife, the structure of which is shown in the figure.
