GB/T 90.3 fastener quality assurance system serial (1)

1 Scope
This part of GB/T 90 specifies the requirements that fastener manufacturers and distributors should follow in the quality assurance system. The purpose of these requirements is to reduce or prevent the occurrence of substandard fastener products, thereby achieving a quality target with specified characteristics close to zero defects.
This section describes the requirements from the receipt of raw materials, through the manufacturing process to delivery to the dealer or user (assembler).
2. Normative references The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this document. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.
GB/T90.1-2002 fastener acceptance inspection (idt ISO 3269:2000)
GB/T3098.17-2000 Pre-load test for fasteners for hydrogen embrittlement Parallel bearing surface method (idt ISO 15330:1999)
GB/T19000-2008 Quality Management System Foundation and Terminology (ISO 9000, IDT)
3. Terms and definitions
This standard uses the following terms and definitions 3.1 quality planning advanced quality planning
Part of quality management (coordinated activities in terms of quality and control organization), dedicated to the development of quality objectives (the purpose pursued in terms of quality) and the necessary operational processes (inter-integration or interaction of inputs into outputs) Group activities) and related resources to achieve quality objectives.
Note: The preparation of a quality plan (a project, product, process or contract to be determined, documentation of who and when to use which procedures and related resources) may be part of quality planning.
3.2 restructuring alter
Any process that changes the geometry, mechanical properties, or operating characteristics of the fastener after the original manufacturing process.
3.3 Process Capability Index value
The Cpk value is a measure of process capability. It is related to the process average and upper and lower limits of a certain characteristic with a normal distribution law and the standard deviation of the characteristic values.
3.4 Customer customer
The organization or individual that receives the product.
Note: The customer can be a user or a distributor.
3.5 mixed commingling
Different types of fasteners of the same type are loaded in the same package.
3.6 Control plan control plan
Describe the fastener manufacturing process to determine the control points that provide control and minimize product fluctuations in the production process.
3.7 defect defect
Failure to meet the requirements related to the intended or specified use.
Note: When there is a defect, the fastener will not be able to complete the intended or intended use (GB/T 19000).
3.8 Dealer (wholesaler) distributor(stockist)
There are three types of institutions or individuals that purchase finished fasteners and resell them to other institutions or individuals.
3.8.1 Restructured dealers
Dealers who have to modify fasteners before resale.
3.8.2 Reseller Distributor pass-through distributor
Dealers who resold directly to the original manufacturer's packaging without repackaging or restructuring.
3.8.3 Repackaging distributor repackaging distributor
Dealers who only repackage fasteners before resale.
3.9 fastener characteristics
Fastener size, mechanical properties, or other performance characteristics.
3.10 Fastener Quality Assurance System fasterner quality assuran
Fastener manufacturing systems such as written quality control programs that include prototyping, initial products, and final products are often combined. It includes quality planning (3.1), continuous improvement, defect prevention, and real-time control of fastener size, mechanical properties, and other performance characteristics.
3.11 batch contamination
Different fasteners or foreign materials and foreign products are mixed into a certain fastener production batch.
3.12 Manufacturer manufacturer
An organization that procures raw materials and converts them into final fastener products.
3.13 Production batch manufacturing lot
The same mark (including product grade, performance grade and specification), made of the same furnace bar, wire, wire or sheet, using the same or similar process and the same heat treatment and/or plating throughout the continuous cycle The number of fasteners that cover the process (if needed).
Note 1: The same heat treatment or plating process is:
- For continuous production, the main heat treatment cycle is used without any modification;
- For discontinuous production, the primary turbidity uses the same heat treatment cycle for the same, adjacent manufacturing batch.
Note 2: From a technical point of view, a production batch can be divided into several manufacturing batches and then combined into the same production batch (GB/T 3098.17).
3.14 Production lot number manufacturing lot number
A unique number given by the manufacturer by which all production processes of the finished product, as well as the furnace number of the raw material, can be completely traced.
3.15 unqualified non-conformity
Not meeting the requirements.
3.16 unqualified fasteners non-conforming fasterner
There are one or several unqualified fasteners.
3.17 Number of unqualified parts per million (ppm) non-conforming parts per million (ppm)
The number of unacceptable fasteners per million products in a completed production batch.
3.18 Product continuous improvement product continual improvement
There are certain procedures and rules for reducing product quality fluctuations, consumption, and inspection frequency while improving productivity, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
3.19 Specified product characteristics sclcctcd product charactcristic
A user-specified feature that is critical to fastener assembly and/or function.
3.20 supplier suplier
Machinery or individual providing the product
Note: The supplier can be the manufacturer or distributor (GB/T 19000)
3.21 trace source number trace number
An alphanumeric code given by the dealer to identify the original manufacturer and the production lot number.
3.22 fastener traceability traceability of fasteners
Through its identification record to determine or confirm the production history of a finished fastener, establish the shipment number of its raw materials, the manufacturing process number and the ability of the raw material number.
3 .23 user user
A mechanism or individual that purchases or otherwise obtains a fastener product for the purpose of assembly, overhaul, or repair.
3.24 Zero defect concept zero defect conception
The development of quality objectives is a concept for products that do not meet expected or specified uses within a given fastener lot.
4. Customer-provided information
Customers should quote this section when ordering.
The order should indicate the selected product characteristics and, if necessary, the intended use or reasonable foreseeable use and results.
