The key points of this process route are heat treatment and finishing.
The problems are:
1 The hole is machined to the forming size before heat treatment, and the bending deformation is easy to occur in the quenching heat treatment and the grinding process, and the position of the guide hole is out of tolerance;
2 A large amount of cutting heat will be generated in the grinding process. If the tooling, process parameters (cutting force, cutting speed, etc.) are unreasonable and the cooling is not timely, the accumulation of a large amount of cutting heat will cause bending deformation for the thinnest part of the workpiece. The guide flatness is unqualified.
In view of the above, the process is controlled and the heat of cutting heat is reduced by the improved process to ensure the flatness tolerance.
The new process adopted is: rough milling profile → rough milling hole → quenching heat treatment → wire cutting plane → wire cutting hole → grinding plane → surface blue. Before the heat treatment, for the workpiece thickness is not processed, only the moving frame connecting rod and the fixed support rod positioning hole and the four positioning holes are roughed and a large margin is left.
