On November 26, Jiangsu Province Silicon Materials Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance was established in Donghai County, Jiangsu Province. According to Guan Yongjian, secretary of the Donghai County Party Committee, this is the only provincial-level silicon material industry technology innovation strategic alliance in Jiangsu Province.
