The recent domestic BDO prices continue to operate at high levels. According to relevant statistics, the current domestic BDO market price is about 23,000-25,000 yuan / ton, the actual negotiation price is 23,000-23,500 yuan / ton, in which some small single negotiations price is 23500-24000 yuan / ton.

Chang Yuzhi, a research fellow in the chemical industry of China Investment Advisors, pointed out that the recent high domestic BDO prices are mainly affected by tight market supply. At present, BDO is mainly used in the fields of PBT resin, PET, THF/PTMEG and PU slurry in China. Currently, the downstream market of domestic BDO is in an off-season, and the demand for BDO is limited. As a result, the sales of BDO are poor, and the demand market It is difficult to form a support for the high price of BDO.

In terms of market supply, domestic BDO installations are currently unstable, and some manufacturers still cannot guarantee full-load output. Moreover, some devices have been stopped due to failures, and some devices are still to be closed for maintenance. Therefore, due to factors such as installation problems and maintenance and overhaul plans, domestic BDO's market supply is tight, and some manufacturers are willing to pull up, and offer prices are higher. It is expected that the domestic BDO price will continue to remain high in the later period.

According to relevant data, on July 31, Yunnan Yunwei Chemical Refinement Co., Ltd. had an asphyxiation accident in the process of overhaul. The intention was to postpone the plan to start the vehicle on August 4-5. The Sichuan Tianhua BDO plant was restricted by the supply of natural gas.
