Zhengzhou Diamond Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has applied for two national standards for superhard material tools, inlaid or integral cubic boron nitride inserts (GB/T 21951-200 8), inlaid polycrystalline diamond blades (GB/T 21952- 2008), which covers almost all the blades involved in the current industry, is a fairly professional and detailed national standard.
Due to the uneven development level of China's superhard tools and the large regional differences, there has been no reliable standard reference, which makes manufacturers and manufacturers face the problem of no rules. In order to solve this situation, our company will have developed mature and highly usable products, drafted into industry and national standards.
In June 2005, initiated by our company, Chengdu Tools Research Institute was invited to draft and formulate some industry standards for superhard materials tool machinery. It was approved by the Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China in March 2007 and published in major media. It was implemented nationwide on September 1, 2007.
The industry standard mainly contains the following seven items: welded polycrystalline diamond or cubic boron nitride slot cutter (JB/T10719-2007), welded polycrystalline diamond or cubic boron nitride turning tool (JB/T 10720-2007) welded polycrystalline diamond Or cubic boron nitride reamer (JB/T 10721-2007), welded polycrystalline diamond or cubic boron nitride end mill (JB/T 10722-2007), welded polycrystalline diamond or cubic boron nitride boring tool (JB /T 10723-2007), welded polycrystalline diamond or cubic boron nitride honing (JB/T107 24-2007), natural diamond cutting tool (JB/T 10259-2007).
In 2008, Zhengzhou Diamond Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. passed the application of two national standards for superhard material tools. The specific names are as follows: inlaid or integral cubic boron nitride inserts (GB/T 21951-200 8), inlaid polycrystalline diamond inserts (GB/T 21952-2008), officially implemented on January 1, 2009. These two items cover almost all the blades involved in the current industry and are a fairly professional and detailed national standard.
