2, the selected corn (can be mixed with some fresh broken rice) and the first crushing of soybean meal should not be too fine, too thin will lead to the first granulation difficult or impossible to granulate, while the raw materials are roughly mixed according to the specified ratio After the first granulation.
3, the first granulation steam temperature is as high as possible (90 degrees or more) to ensure the full mixing and ripening of raw materials and steam; the second steam granulation, the temperature should not be too high, not more than 60 degrees to avoid possible Loss of part of the nutrients caused; compression ratio of the ring mold: 5:1.
4. The core material must be fed from the small feed port or directly into the mixer. It must be injected in the middle of the feed to ensure that the core material can completely enter the mixer. Because of the lottery, sugar and lactose, the mixing time It should be a little longer. Before the production of finished products, the pulverized corn must be used for washing to ensure that there will be no residual materials in the equipment; the color of the finished products should be uniform, and after being approved by the quality inspector, the packaging should be carried out as required.
5. The loss rate of the finished product should be less than 0.5%, and the moisture content after granulation cooling: ≤12.5%.
6, all raw materials containing fats, protein raw materials should be the freshest, the finished product of malondialdehyde (TBA) should be ≤ 2

Steam temperature: the first time ≥ 90 ° C (as high as possible, so that the raw materials are fully matured as much as possible); the second time 50-60 ° C (depending on the hardness of the finished product);
Steam pressure of sub-cylinder: 4kg/cm2 (not less than 3.5 kg/cm2)
Cooling temperature: room temperature (not higher than room temperature 4 ° C)
Moisture after preparation (not subjected to steam granulation): 15-18%; moisture content after granulation: ≤ 12.5%.
