Beitang Brigade fire prevention staff said.

In addition to the on-duty phenomenon of duty personnel on duty, fire-fighting inspectors also found that some units of the fire-fighting equipment were faulty and could not work properly. When examining a company a few days ago, it was found that there were many failure points in the control room of the fire control room, which could not work properly and directly affected the function of the control system. In the fire inspection, the phenomenon of unlicensed employment in the hidden dangers of the fire control room management is common, and one of the main reasons for the analysis by the firefighters is the serious loss of personnel. Security staff in the control room are paid less and work longer hours. Some security personnel will still choose “job-hopping” after the unit has obtained the control card for the operation of the control room. The management unit can only re-employ newcomers to “no-certificate posts”, leading to the majority of the on-duty personnel in the fire control room “difficult to testify with long-term and long-term evidence”.
