When the sludge runs along the filter belt to the end of the gravity dewatering zone, it enters the wedge-shaped dewatering zone of the belt sludge dewatering machine through the turning mechanism. In the wedge-shaped dewatering zone, the sludge is pre-stressed by the wedge pressure formed by the two filter belts, and further desorbed. Remove the void water from the sludge.
The gravity dewatering and wedge pressure dewatering sludge enters the low pressure zone and the high pressure zone to press and dewater. The residual slag ensures the high efficiency of the filter belt; the automatic correcting device is responsible for ensuring that the filter belt automatically corrects the axial offset during operation; the filtrate tray is used to collect the filtrate produced by press dewatering; and the roller system includes the pressure roller and the drive. The roller, the tension roller, the deflection roller, the discharge roller, and the guide roller support the filter belt and allow the filter belt to repeatedly repeat various functions.
