3, process design
Process design is the basis of welding production line design. Other professional (mechanized, non-standard equipment, civil construction, public, electronic control) design is guided by process design documents, and the depth of process design documents must meet the design needs of relevant professionals. Process design documents generally include the following.
3.1 Process equipment installation diagram
Indicate the installation location of the process equipment, equipment shape, number, raw materials, semi-finished products, finished product storage and passage, worker operating position, reserved area (if any), lifting equipment quality, span, track line, mechanized transportation catenary, monorail, etc. Range trajectory, coordinates of water, electricity, gas supply points and local ventilation positions.
3.2 Equipment Schedule
3.3 welding machine, time control box layout
It indicates the type, quantity, installation position, installation method, and size of the welding machine, time control box and related equipment, etc., which are used for the installation of the utility line, welder and time control box. Simple wire bonding lines can be indicated directly in the shop process equipment installation drawing.
