China-US Plastics Association signs OCS project agreement Dedicated to zero plastic particle loss

At the CHINAPLAS International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition held in Guangzhou in the past few days, China Plastics Processing Industry Association (CPPIA) is the executive vice chairman of Cao Yu and Michael Taylor, senior director of international affairs and trade of the American Plastics Industry Association (SPI). Signed an agreement on the China Plastics Processing Industry Association's license to use the OPERATION CLEAN SWEEP (OCS) trademark and its project materials.

The signing of the agreement indicates that China Plastics Association is committed to implementing the OPERATION CLEAN SWEEP (OCS) project in China. In the future, it will pay more attention to the environment and commit to the loss of zero plastic particles, and willing to pass on the value of the project to the world.

(OCS) is an international initiative initiated by the American Plastics Industry Association and the American Chemistry Council (ACC) to reduce the loss of plastic particles during transportation and to protect the marine environment. The project is planned to play a role in every aspect of the plastics industry, including raw material producers, logistics operators, terminal operators and plastics processors, through the implementation of warehouse management and particle control to achieve zero plastic particle loss.

Wang Zhanjie, deputy secretary general of China Plastics Association, Zhou Jiahua, secretary general of China Plastics Association's hard PVC foam products committee, and nearly 20 business leaders attended the signing ceremony.
