Representatives and members of the conference unanimously agreed that the settlement of the "Global Security Alliance Headquarters" in Shenzhen will promote the rapid development of Shenzhen's security industry. At the same time, it is necessary to further strengthen the formulation of security-related technical standards, and it is necessary to establish a standard organization that is compatible with the development of the Shenzhen security industry. In early 2011, Shenzhen and the U.S. Security Association signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. According to the agreement, in October this year, the Global Security Alliance (GSIA) headquarters will be relocated from Washington to Shenzhen, China; SIA will establish its Asia Pacific regional center in Shenzhen; and the three parties will cooperate to establish a global security industry data center and global security technology and product transactions in Shenzhen. Center; the establishment of international security technology laboratory, selected UL, VdS two European and American international security testing and certification agencies to join. The tripartite cooperation between the Shenzhen Security Industry Association and GSIA and SIA will effectively promote the technological progress of Shenzhen security companies and promote the development of technology in line with international standards; and effectively enhance the competitiveness of Shenzhen enterprises and security products manufactured in Shenzhen in the international market; Promote the development of the security industry in Shenzhen, promote the internationalization of China's security industry, and establish the leading position of the Shenzhen security industry in the development of the international security industry. In order to promote the development of Shenzhen's security industry and enhance the international reputation and influence of China's security industry, the International Security Headquarters Building, which is co-organized by global security companies, is under construction. At that time, it will attract security companies and domestic large-scale security companies in the world's top 500 companies. The company relocated its headquarters to Shenzhen.

Yang Jincai, chairman of the Shenzhen Security Association, said that currently there are more than 4,300 security companies in Shenzhen and more than 300,000 security employees. In 2010, the output value of security was 7.5 billion yuan, accounting for one third of the country's total. The relocation of the headquarters of the Global Security Alliance to Shenzhen will further enhance the influence and appeal of Shenzhen's “Security City”.

The delegates and members stated that as the leading national security industry, Shenzhen security companies are actively participating in the formulation of national security standards, but their efforts are still insufficient. The proportion of enterprises participating in the formulation of important standards is also not commensurate with Shenzhen security status. It is necessary to send Shenzhen’s voice in the field of security standards and guide enterprises to further establish awareness of standards. A corresponding standard organization should be established.
