I. Production of raw coal From January to October, Inner Mongolia produced 638.91 million tons of raw coal, an increase of 12.073 million tons, an increase of 23.3%.
Divided by types of enterprises, the total coal output of state-owned key coal companies was 239.97 million tons, an increase of 23.51 million tons, an increase of 11.01%, of which Shenhua Group's output in our district was 15219 million tons, an increase of 13.18 million tons, an increase of 9.5%; The coal output of coal enterprises was 40.94 million tons, an increase of 97.22 million tons, an increase of 31.9%.
According to regional divisions, raw coal production in the western region was 435.03 million tons, an increase of 93.88 million tons, an increase of 27.5%; in the eastern region, raw coal production was completed at 203.88 million tons, an increase of 26.84 million tons, an increase of 15.16%.

II. Sales and transportation of raw coal From January to October, Inner Mongolia sold 635 million tons of coal, an increase of 120 million tons, an increase of 23%. Among them: 375 million tons of coal exported to the region, accounting for 59% of total sales, an increase of 92.3 million tons, an increase of 32.6%. The amount of railway out of the area was 290 million tons, an increase of 28.5 million tons year-on-year, an increase of 10.9%. The amount of roads to be exported was 85 million tons, an increase of 28.8 million tons over the same period of last year, an increase of 51%.

III. Market and Price Situation In the first 9 months of this year, the coal supply and demand in Inner Mongolia was basically balanced and the price was stable. Since late September, Inner Mongolia has adopted a series of measures to ease traffic jams, including the limited production of coal, as the media continued to report large traffic jams on the Beijing-Tibet Highway. In late September, Inner Mongolia began to restrict production in the Ordos region. The price of coal in Inner Mongolia has not yet risen a few days before the production limit. Coal prices in the ports of Qinhuangdao have started to rise, and the panic and speculation are large. So far, the price of coal in Inner Mongolia has increased by a large margin. Compared with the beginning of September, the high quality thermal coal in Erdos region has risen by RMB 100/ton, with an average price of RMB 80/ton, and the price has reached RMB 380-430/ton. Coal is 560 yuan / ton; medium and low thermal coal prices rose 50-80 yuan / ton, the price reached 260-350 yuan / ton, lump coal 420 yuan / ton.
The price of lignite in the eastern region increased less, and the coal price in the Hulunbeier region did not increase. The coal price in Huolinhe and Ximeng increased by about RMB 10-20/ton, and the price of coal in the Chifeng region increased significantly. According to the different coal quality, the market price rose by 20- 90 yuan / ton.
The coal prices in the contract did not increase.
