Pesticides are a kind of technology-intensive special commodities. It is the wish of the masses of farmers to learn to master some purchase and use common sense and correctly guide the use of pesticides. 

First, buy pesticides and look at the channels. The purchase of pesticides should go to the designated distribution department of the state, the agricultural production information company system, the plant protection and agricultural technology promotion department and the manufacturer sales department. For similar products, products with reputable or nationally designated manufacturers should be purchased. Because the quality of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises is strictly tested, the quality of the products can basically be guaranteed. 

Second, look at the label, distinguish between true and false. A qualified pesticide product shall have the following contents on the label: the name of the pesticide (the product name should also be marked with the common name), the registered trademark, the pesticide three certificates (registration certificate, production license, product standard number), and Quantity (g or ml), instructions for use, precautions, date of manufacture, toxic signs and manufacturer's full address, telephone number, etc., lack of any content. Buyers should question the quality of the product. No pesticides can be purchased for unlabeled, no production date, no batch number, no registration certificate and expired pesticides. 

Third, look at the appearance, judge the advantages and disadvantages. The appearance of pesticide products is good or bad, and the quality of the products can be directly judged. The emulsifiable pesticides should be homogeneous liquid, no stratification, no visible impurities or sediments. The color of the same kind of product is better than the color. Powders and wettable powders should be loose powders without agglomeration. The suspending agent should be a flowable suspoemulsion without agglomeration. 

Fourth, use, see instructions. Each kind of medicine has specific functions and control objects, such as Bordeaux mixture, mancozeb, and bacteriostatic is a protective fungicide. It mainly plays a preventive and protective role and must be used before the onset of plants. Brooms and scorpions can kill red spiders, which are not good or effective for other insects. Enemy kills, rifampicin has a wide spectrum of insecticides, and the knockdown speed is fast, but it is not effective against mites. Similarly, a certain drug has a certain range of use. For example, some highly toxic pesticides such as parathion and methamidophos are not allowed to be used on vegetables and fruit trees. If the regulations are violated and abused, it may cause poisoning to consumers. Herbicides use technical requirements are high, such as 2  4 - butyl butyl ester to prevent weeds in wheat fields, if the dosage is too high, the medication is not timely or the mist drifts, which will cause phytotoxicity of wheat and nearby sensitive crops, such as cotton, fruit trees, etc. The leaves are chlorotic, the stems and leaves are twisted, deformed, and the plants are dead, causing undue loss to production. In addition, the dosage can not be reduced or increased at the time of application, otherwise it will cause poor control or waste, and even cause phytotoxicity and drug resistance. Therefore, the label and the instructions for use must be clarified before use, and the desired control effect can be achieved by using it according to the regulations. 

Fifth, understand the pharmacology, do not mess with. The use of mixed pesticides with different mechanisms of action has been gradually recognized by people. However, there are still some problems in use. Some of them mix four, five or even six or seven kinds of pesticides. This is not only unhelpful, but harmful, not only causing waste, but also aggravating environmental pollution and causing phytotoxicity. It will cause damage to natural enemies and accelerate the development of resistance. Therefore, scientific compounding must be emphasized. In general, acidic pesticides cannot be mixed with alkaline pesticides, such as kungfu, chlorpyrifos, phoxim, omethoate, monocrotophos, etc., which cannot be mixed with Bordeaux mixture or stone sulphur mixture, otherwise the efficacy will be reduced. The mixed use of pesticides with different mechanisms of action on the control objects can improve the control effect. If the pyrethroids are mixed with organophosphorus pesticides, the efficacy can be improved. The combination of enemy killing and non-alkaline pesticides such as monocrotophos, dimethoate and tricyclazole can improve the control effect and delay the development of drug resistance. The combination of chlorpyrifos and dimethoate, malathion, mancozeb, etc. can reduce the resistance of pests to it. In the use of the mixed preparation, the composition of the active ingredient is preferably 2 to 3, and according to the use of the pesticide, the current requirement is that the insecticide is generally two, and the fungicide and the herbicide may be composed of two according to the control object. Flap Wheel Glue Instructions

According to the ambient temperature, preheat adhesive among 41 ~ 46℃ before pumping into the pumping system.

Note:

1.When climate is colder, adjust preheating temperature 3 ~ 5℃ higher than normal.

2.Before use large quantities,a small quantity should be used for test.

3.This flap disc glue is a chemical product, can cause weak corrosive to skin, please note that the use of the appropriate protection, such as inadvertent contact with the skin with plenty of water rinse or alcohol wash.

4.Baking temperature is particularly important for product quality. The data provided by us is tested under accurate oven temperature control. We are strongly advised customer should adjust oven temperature according to the customer's on site condition.

Storage and transportation

Flap Disc Adhesive resin glue should keep in cool, ventilated warehouse, temperature does not exceed 40℃, relative humidity of not more than 85% ,this product is not special goods, according to the general cargo transport.
