3 requirements

3.1 Brand, status, specifications

The grade, status, and specifications of the ingot should meet the requirements of Table 1.

3.2 Chemical composition

The chemical composition of the ingot should conform to GB/D 319. Provisions.

3.3 Size tolerance

Ingot size deviation should meet the requirements of Table 2

4 Low magnification organization

The low magnification of the ingot should meet the requirements of Table 3.

3.5 Microstructure

The homogenized state of the microstructure of the ingot does not allow overheating

3.6 appearance quality

3.6,1 No cracks, air bubbles, and corrosion spots are allowed on the surface of the ingot

3.6.2 For ingots with a diameter of less than 30 mm, the presence of flaws, layers (cold septa), shrinkage holes, etc., with a depth of not more than 1.smm, is permitted. The ingot shall have a diameter of 30mm to 5Omm. The surface shall have a depth of not more than 2. Omm pull marks, layering (cold septa), shrinkage holes and other defects

3.63 Mechanical bruising that has been trimmed and no more than Zmm is allowed, but mechanical bruising should not be more than four.

3.6.4 The surface of the ingot shall not have a metal tumor 1.smm above the surface of the ingot.

3.6.5 The ingot surface should be clean and free of oil.

3.6.6 Flashes and burrs are not allowed on the ingot surface.

4 quality t control

Please refer to Appendix A (informative annex) for the quality control requirements of the ingot production process.

5 test methods

5.1 Chemical Composition Arbitration Analysis Method

The arbitration analysis method for the chemical composition of the ingot shall be performed according to G/BT6987.

5 - 2 Dimensions and Methods

Measure with a precision measuring tool

5.3 Low magnification tissue inspection method

The low-strength tissue test method for ingots shall be conducted in accordance with G/BT 3246.

5.4 Microscopic examination methods

Uniformity of the microstructure of the ingot shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 3246.

5.5 appearance quality inspection method

The appearance quality is generally checked by visual inspection. If necessary, grinding can be used to determine the depth of surface defects.

6 Inspection Rules

6. 1 Inspection and Acceptance

6.1.1 The ingot shall be inspected by the supplier's technical department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard (or ordering contract) and the quality is filled out.

certificate

6.1.2 The acquirer shall respond to the received product in accordance with the provisions of this standard. When the results of the re-inspection are inconsistent with the provisions of this standard and the ordering contract, they shall be submitted to the supplier in writing and shall be settled through consultation between the supplier and the buyer. The objections that belong to the surface quality and dimensional deviations shall be filed one month from the date of receipt of the product. They are objections of other properties and shall be filed within three months from the date of receipt of the product. If arbitration is required, both the supplier and the buyer should conduct arbitration sampling on the demand side

6.2 Batches

Ingots shall be submitted for acceptance in batches. Each batch shall consist of the same melting, condition and specification.

6.3 Inspection items

Each batch of ingots should be examined for chemical composition, dimensional deviations, low magnification structures, and appearance quality. The homogenized state ingot should also be tested

Micro-organization

6.4 Sampling

Product sampling should meet the requirements of Table 4.

6.5 Determination of test results

6.5. 1 When the chemical composition analysis fails, the batch is disqualified

6.5.2 When the size deviation is unqualified, the single root is judged as unqualified, which can be tested by the supplier one by one, qualified delivery, and unqualified.

6.5.3 When the low magnification tissue inspection fails, the supplier is allowed to re-sample for repeated tests. The sampling method is as follows: For ingots with low defects, cut 400 mm from the head and tail ends, and then cut the low-magnification specimens for repeated tests. Repeated test results are acceptable and can be delivered in batches. If a sample fails, the whole lot is scrapped, or the supplier checks one by one, and the qualified person delivers.

6.5.4 When the microstructure fails, the whole batch is scrapped

6.5.5 When the appearance quality is unqualified, the single root is judged as unqualified, but the supplier is allowed to reprocess the product. The qualified person will deliver the product and the unqualified person will be rejected.

7 signs, packaging, transportation, storage

7. Flying sign
