This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings and operating instructions for dry-hanged hollow ceramic plates.
This standard applies to dry hanging hollow ceramic plates used in architectural decoration.

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 9195 apply to this document.
3.1 Dry hanging dry-hanging
An abbreviation for a construction method in which a metal plate is used to hang a plate firmly on a structure to form a veneer.
3.2 Hollow ceramic plate hollow ceramic slab
It is made of clay and other inorganic non-metallic raw materials through processes such as kneading, extrusion molding and firing. It is used as a decorative hollow slab ceramic product.

3.5 Carrying capacity Thickness of loadparts

4.1 According to the surface characteristics of dry hanging hollow ceramic plate:
a) unglazed dry hanging hollow ceramic plates;
b) There is a dry glazed hollow ceramic plate.
4.2 Dry-hanging hollow ceramic plate water absorption (E) Classification:
a)E≤0.5% Porcelain dry hanging hollow ceramic plate;
b) 0.5%
5 requirements:
5.1 The effective width (W) of dry hanging hollow ceramic plates should not be greater than 620mm. The length is negotiated by the supply and demand sides. Dry hanging hollow ceramic plates of special shape or size are agreed upon by the supply and demand sides.

5.2 Dimensional Permissible Deviation The average size of each plate of dry-hanging hollow ceramic plates relative to the working size shall be in accordance with Table 1.
5.3 Main surfaces of dry-hanged hollow ceramic plates with a surface quality of at least 95% have no obvious defects.
5.4 Physical properties The physical properties of dry-hanged hollow ceramic plates are to comply with the requirements of Table 2.
5.5 Chemical properties The chemical properties of dry-hanged hollow ceramic plates are to comply with the requirements of Table 3.
6 Test methods 6.1 Allowable size deviation According to GB/T3810.2 regulations.
6.2 surface quality according to GB/T3810.2 regulations. Diagonal length difference is measured using a steel tape measure with a graduation of no more than 1 mm.
6.3 Physical properties 6.3.1 water absorption According to GB/T3810.3 regulations.
6.3.2 Destruction strength According to GB/T3810.4 regulations. Dry hanging hollow ceramic plates are cut into lengths of 600mm for inspection; dry hanging hollow ceramic plates with length less than 600mm are tested according to the actual size. When testing, the direction of the support bars is perpendicular to the direction of the holes in the hollow ceramic plate .
6.3.3 Impact resistance According to GB/T3810.5 regulations.
6.3.4 linear thermal expansion coefficient According to GB/T3810.8 regulations.
6.3.5 Thermal shock resistance According to GB/T3810.9 regulations.
6.3.6 frost resistance According to GB/T3810.12 regulations. The dry hanging hollow ceramic plate is tested to be placed in water and the plate is perpendicular to the ground and the hole is parallel to the ground.
6.3.7 heat transfer coefficient According to GB/T13475 regulations.
6.4 Chemical properties 6.4.1 Chemical resistance according to GB/T 3810.13 regulations.
6.4.2 surface contamination resistance According to GB/T 3810.14 regulations.
7 Inspection Rules 7.1 Inspection Classification Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
7.1.1 Factory Inspection Factory inspection includes surface quality, dimensional tolerances, water absorption, and failure strength.
7.1.2 Type inspections Type inspections include all the technical requirements of Chapter 5 of this standard. Under normal production conditions, it shall be conducted at least once a year; if one of the following circumstances occurs, a type inspection shall be conducted.
a) Test-type identification of new or old products transferred to the factory;
b) After the formal production, if the product structure, materials, and processes are greatly changed, the product performance may be affected;
c) The product is discontinued for more than half a year and resumed production;
d) When the factory inspection result is significantly different from the last formal inspection.
7.2 Batch approval rules and sampling plans 7.2.1 Batch approval rules The same product varieties, same specifications, and same quality product batches produced by the same manufacturer shall be approved for each batch of 2000m2. Less than 2000m2 is still counted in batches.
7.2.2 Sampling plan According to GB/T3810.1 regulations.
7.3 Judgment rules All items are inspected. If all the items in the inspection are qualified, the batch of products is judged as qualified. If there is one or more unqualified items, re-sampling will be carried out for testing. If one or more items are still unqualified, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified.
8 Marks, User Manual 8.1 Marking Products should be clearly marked. The packing box should have the company's name and address, product name, trademark, specifications, quantity, production date, and execution standard number.
When the product leaves the factory, it should provide product quality certification.
The product quality certificate mainly includes the certificate number, the production date, and the inspection department and the inspector's signature.
8.2 Operating Instructions For ease of use, the supplier shall provide instructions for dry hanging hollow ceramic plates, describing on-site construction methods and requirements.
