Exhibition Rules

1. Booth fee and arrangement: This exhibition provides two forms of standard booth and special open space for exhibitors to choose according to the needs of business development.

★ Standard booth: (furniture area: 3m * 4m = 12 m2 / pcs, material area 3m * 3m = 9m2 / pcs)

Cost: 1,000 yuan per square meter (the cost includes carpet, three-sided board, company name fascia board, a consultation table, two chairs, a fluorescent lamp, a power socket). Please explain in advance for special electricity consumption and charge separately.

★ Specially equipped open space: (from 36m2 rental), cost: 900 yuan per square meter

The specially-built open space does not bring any display racks and facilities. Exhibitors can arrange special decoration work or entrust the construction company recommended by the organizer.

 

Exhibiting procedures

1. Enterprises that meet the scope of the exhibition can apply for participation. If your organization signs up for the exhibition, please fill in the application form carefully and affix the official seal to fax or mail to the organizer;

2. Within 7 days of applying for the booth, wire the exhibition fee or 50% advance payment to the organizer, and pay the remaining balance before April 25 , 2011 ;

3. The principle of order allocation of booths: "Apply first, pay first, arrange first", double-sided booths are subject to a 10% fee;

4. After the exhibitor remits the fee, please fax the bank transfer receipt to the organizer;

5. After receiving the fees, the organizer will send the "Exhibition Manual" to the exhibitors before April 30 , 2011 .
